Photo Reference

Here is a link to a bunch of photo reference that I've collected. It's art from the game, other games, and diffrent box art.

Photo Ref for Project G

Youtube Reference

I've created a playlist of a bunch of stuff that we should refrence for our project. It's made up of Star Wars, Babylon 5, Star Trek, Robotech and Dogfights. They all have something to offer in terms of style or content. I'll applogize for the music right now on some of them.

But One thing we're going to have to deal with is clouds or nebula. We need something for our ships to move against otherwise they wont seem to be moving at all. Just a thought.

"Art is Safer" A Team Sandwich Pants Production

Back in 2002 Team Taco Trousers was once known as Team Sandwich Pants, which was where it all began (how pretentious does that sound?).

Damian, Pete and I (along with John Vassallo and Damarcus Hollbrook) created this 30 second Public Service Announcement in five days for the very first Animation Challenge at the Kalamazoo Animation Festival International (KAFI). The PSA had to be about the benefits of Art Education. Not only did were we able to create this 3D character animation in five days (four actually since we didn't have the idea until the second day), we were able to see "Attack of the Clones" opening night which we promised we would only do if it was rendering.

I haven't seen this short in a few years but today I had a request from someone who saw it on my site a longtime ago and e-mailed me asking to see it again. Thats pretty cool. Looking at it today I am amazed we got that all done in the time we had and I think it holds up pretty well today.
